What can I expect?

The Big Day Fit team will design a comprehensive, personalized workout that meets you right where you are in your fitness journey.

Each session includes a thoughtful warm-up, strength, and core exercises, and a bit of cardio—all under the guidance of your expert coach.

Every session will leave you more energized, mobile, and in a great mood, feeling better than when you walked in the door.

What if I can only train 2 days a week?

You’re in good hands! Our most successful members train 2 to 3 days a week, with a few of our exceptional athletes going for 4.

Isn’t personal training really expensive?

We offer small group personal training at a fraction of the cost. This setup keeps sessions lively and personalized at a more affordable price, ranging from only $25 to $34 per session.

What if I have never worked out before or it’s been a long time?

Beginners and those returning after a break are welcome here! Our coaches are skilled at customizing workouts for everyone, ensuring you learn the basics at your own pace and leave feeling accomplished and energized.

Do I have to be in shape to get started?

This is the perfect time to hire a coach. Starting your fitness journey with professional guidance ensures you stay motivated, safe, and make the most of your time.

Getting the right support from the start is crucial in achieving your fitness goals.

Am I locked into an annual contract?

No. We operate on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to cancel or put your membership on hold at any time.

What’s the schedule?

We host 37 sessions weekly. Morning sessions are available weekdays from 5-11 AM, with additional evening sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 and 6 PM, plus Saturday sessions from 7-10 AM.
